Description

Ten of the guestrooms are built in log giving it a air of understated richness and cosyness. We hope to offer you all you need for comfort. Six of the guestrooms are on the water and four are garden facing. The last 6 rooms are golf facing where we have a driving range and clubs if you have left yours behind. We have flyfishing roods available to fish.

This quaint Bed and Breakfast offers luxury accommodation on one of the oldest farms in Kokstad dating back to around one hundred and fifty years. This picturesque setting is a relaxing getaway for any weary traveler, and a fun filled adventure getaway for an outdoor traveler, the choice is yours. Set with a backdrop of stunning mountains, surrounding a dam, the views from the rooms are all naturally beautiful.

Bedrooms
This beautiful Bed and Breakfast has eleven rooms that can hold a maximum of twenty two people. The rooms vary from single king size beds to twin single bedrooms. The rooms are stylishly decorated with thick chunky natural woods, and done out in African Themes. The rooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms ranging from stylish, modern showers, to luxury spa baths.

Lounge & Dining Room
The lounge and dining room has a really relaxed homely atmosphere. There is comfortable seating area with an inbuilt fireplace a perfect place to escape to with a good book or to meet other guests. The dinner area has an impressive spread for breakfast, including a variation of freshly baked goodies.
 

Attractions

We have a really good restuarant called CASSANDRA'S at The Mount Currie Inn, plus Spur and the normal take away venues like Nando's, Steers etc. Scooters Pizza deliver to The Old Orchard. There are others pubs around please ask at Reception. There are 4X4 extersions, fly fishing, horse riding, bird watching. Three golf clubs within an hour away.

Activities
There are a multitude of activities to do in and around the farm. The farm has its own driving range for all golf enthusiasts as well as a putting green. There is an onsite golfing instructor for enquiries ask at reception. There is a swimming pool overlooking the dam which is surrounded by lush green grass with wooden deck chairs. On the dam itself there is trout fishing available, there are also canoes for boating. Bird watching is also a great way of relaxing around the dam. There are also great hiking trails available as well as trails for mountain biking.
