AttractionsThe Estcourt/Wembezi area offers many activities to keep the active person busy. Including, a visit to Fort Durnford, first occupied in 1847 Canoeing and white-water rafting, sailing and trout fishing are all available in the vicinity for the watersport enthusiasts. The Estcourt Aero Club offers gliding to the public by arrangement. Game viewing and bird watching enthusiasts are in for a treat. Weenen Game Reserve, one of several reserves in the area, has several rhino which are seen by visitors on a regular basis and over 230 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve!
